There’s a little secret in Southern California that the locals like to keep to themselves. During the months of September and October, the weather is perfect, the ocean is the warmest, and all the tourists have left. They call it Local’s Summer.

My favourite activity on a sunny Sunday afternoon in Southern California is a stroll along the beach. More often than not, this usually ends with a quick dip in the ocean waves to cool off, and soaking wet clothes. It’s almost impossible to resist the refreshment of the Pacific Ocean.

This print listing is available in both standard frame sizes, and irregular sizes, which are more true to the original size. If you order irregular sized prints, you can either get your print custom framed, order a custom mat from your local framer to fit a standard sized frame for very little cost.
